  • Julie Scarth

    Business Director, Northampton

Based in our Northampton office, Julie is accountable for the strategic direction of Carlson Marketing’s loyalty products, Client Services, the Service Centre and the Project Office.

During her time with us, she has successfully delivered major loyalty projects for the finance, retail and airline industries.

Julie used to travel the world with the England football team, ensuring all pre- and post-match PR was in place. Rather than cheering on the lads, she sat on the coach watching TV until the games were over. Shocking.

Prior to Carlson Marketing, Julie worked for Nationwide Building Society. She started out in product management before moving into the role of Senior Brand/Sponsorship Manager for all football sponsorship contracts, both international and domestic.

  • Maaike Kitsantas

    Deputy Managing Director, UK

Maaike joined Carlson Marketing in 2002. As Deputy Managing Director, her areas of responsibility include looking after HR, Engagement & Events – as well as ensuring continuous process improvements and rock-solid execution within the business.

Prior to this, Maaike headed up our Amsterdam office in her native Netherlands, where she managed the KLM/Air France account. In 2005, she moved to our London HQ, where she looked after Client Services across Amsterdam, Brussels and Northampton.

Maaike didn’t supply us with any quirky facts about herself, so regrettably we must conclude this biography with some tired national shtereotyping and a comedy Dutch akshent. For shure no?
